As an Application Business Analyst specializing in implementation and project coordination, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of application solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Analysis :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
- Implementation :
- Lead the implementation of application solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for successful application deployments.
- Coordinate and execute system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality and performance.
Project Coordination :
Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams to facilitate communication and project progress.Manage project documentation, including requirements, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure adherence to project goals and deadlines.Stakeholder Engagement :Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project status and changes.Conduct training sessions and create user guides to support end-users in adopting new systems and processes.Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by stakeholders during and after implementation.Continuous Improvement :Evaluate project outcomes and application performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.Provide post-implementation support and conduct reviews to ensure the application meets business requirements and user satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications :
