Intern - Psychometric Assessment (6 Months)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Content team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Psychometric Design & Content – Intern

• Internship duration - 6 Months (Jan-June 2026)
• Education background - Postgraduate in Psychology (preferably I / O Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organization Behavior). Master’s in human resources / OD / OB
