About the Role
We need a UI / UX & Graphic Designer who can craft seamless fintech experiences and maintain strong brand identity across products and marketing. The role includes UX design, branding, motion graphics, and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities UI / UX Design
- Design intuitive interfaces using Figma / Adobe XD for apps, dashboards, onboarding journeys, and web screens.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, micro-interaction specs, and UX flows.
- Develop component-based design systems aligned with developer structures.
- Deliver developer-ready files with proper organization, naming, auto-layout, breakpoints, constraints, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with developers for pixel-perfect implementation and QA.
Branding & Visual Identity
Create brand identity systems (logo, typography, palettes, icons, illustrations).Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for product and marketing assets.Social Media, Motion Graphics & Collateral
Design creatives, banners, ads, promotional visuals, and product update graphics.Create animation videos, motion graphics, UI micro-interactions.Build reusable templates for campaigns, landing pages, and emailers.Creative Strategy & Research
Conduct market research and trend analysis to shape modern fintech experiences.Create mood boards, concept decks, and storytelling assets for campaigns and launches.Requirements
2–3 years of experience in UI / UX + Graphic Design (preferably fintech / tech).Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva (Blender is a plus).Strong knowledge of UX principles, design systems, typography, color theory, layouts, and responsive design.Portfolio must include UI / UX case studies, web / app designs, branding work, social creatives, and motion graphics.Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
