Identify and prioritize key distributors retailers contractors carpenters and OEM Support Sales Executives in negotiating and closing new business opportunities. Set clear sales targets provide training and motivate the team to improve Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business. Conduct quarterly review meetings with key customers to explore growth Communicate product launches promotions and schemes to customers on time.
