Ranosys - Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements that drive successful project delivery.

As a Business Analyst, you should have strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders
• Support change management activities and user training as & Skills :
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in creating detailed documentation, use cases, and workflows
• Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus
