Job Title - QC - Chemical Analyst (Trainee)

Job Description-

• Sample Collection & Testing : Assist in collecting and testing raw materials as per SOPs under supervision of Senior Analyst or Supervisor.
• Instrument Handling : Learn and support basic operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments like HPLC, UV, p H meter, etc., under supervision.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of test results and lab activities in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and GMP.
• Compliance & Safety : Follow GMP, GLP, and safety protocols strictly; report any deviations or non-conformities to the supervisor.
• Inform to the lab supervisor for any kind of equipment breakdown, fault or any kind of irrelevant test results (Preventive maintenance).
• Schedule for timely disposal of samples.
• Ensure to maintain 5s and wear all the PPEs before performing the tests without fail.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Training & Learning : Participate in training sessions to understand QC procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

1. B. Sc. or M. Sc. (Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry)

2. Freshers or less than 2 years of experience
