Job Description : Chartered Accountant (Fresher) - Research & Mutual Fund Analysis

🔍 About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Chartered Accountant (Fresher) who is passionate about financial research, balance-sheet analysis, and understanding the dynamics of mutual funds. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data to support investment-related decisions.

Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed company balance-sheet, P&L, and cash-flow analysis .

Perform industry and peer benchmarking to evaluate business performance.

Assist in preparing research reports, financial summaries, and investment notes .

Analyse mutual fund portfolios , NAV movements, sector allocation, and fund performance.

Support in monitoring market trends, regulatory updates, and SEBI guidelines .

Collaborate with internal teams on investment strategy and product research .

Evaluate risk factors and help in generating data-driven insights .

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications CA Qualified (Fresher) – recently completed articleship.

Strong understanding of financial statements , valuation basics, and ratios.

Knowledge of mutual funds, NAVs, asset allocation, and fund categories .

Excellent skills in Excel, financial modelling basics, and data interpretation .

Good communication and report-writing abilities.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
