JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Skilled and experienced L2 / L3 Solrwinds Monitoring Engineer to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of NCM,NPM,NTM,SRM,SAM.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of Solarwinds tools
• Knowledge of / Experience in Solarwinds.
• Familiar with ITIL procedures. Worked on Incident, Change and Problem management.
• Any automation.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• This position is responsible for the day to day Solarwinds operational activities.
• 24 / 7 support of Solarwinds.
• It includes installation, configuration and maintenance of Solarwinds.
• Work with various support and application teams to resolve / prevent various issues and escalations.
• Should take a lead and drive various projects independently.
