About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-looking Vice President – Taxation to lead and manage the complete tax function for our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both Direct and Indirect Taxation , combined with a strong understanding of the Insurance / Services industry . The role demands a leader who can provide strategic direction, ensure compliance, and drive value through effective tax planning and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Direct & Indirect Tax Management

• Oversee all aspects of Direct Tax (Corporate Tax, MAT, TDS, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation).
• Lead Indirect Tax management including GST, Service Tax, Customs, and Excise where applicable.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with tax filings, assessments, and audits.
