Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong LOS (Loan Origination System) experience to support critical platform development. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Apex / LWC skills and can deliver high-quality features under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce .

Build and support LOS-related modules, integrations, and workflows.

Implement LOS logic, underwriting flows, document workflows, and case / orchestration logic.

Technical Ownership

Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and solution discussions.

Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Collaborate with QA, Architects, and Product stakeholders for delivery.

Delivery & Problem Solving

Deliver features in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Diagnose production issues quickly and provide resolutions.

Optimize LOS automations, custom objects, and data models.

Collaboration

Work closely with onshore / offshore teams and cross-functional teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, grooming.

Required Skills

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in :

Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Flows, SOQL / SOSL, REST APIs

Mandatory experience in LOS (Loan Origination System) —any banking / fintech LOS.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and delivery skills.

Ability to work under stringent timelines.

Good to Have

Experience in :

Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

OmniStudio

Salesforce Integrations (Mulesoft, Kafka, REST / SOAP)

Salesforce Certifications :

PD1 , PD2 , Admin , Platform App Builder
