TRANSFORMER DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

Department : Engineering -Electrical Design

Industry : Manufacturing -Transformers

Job Location : Kherdi,Silvassa , Vadodara,Mumbai,Bhopa

Design Scope :

HV / LV winding designs up to 10 to 20 MVA / 33 kV

Inverter duty transformers :

Must design for non-sinusoidal loads, harmonic mitigation, thermal stress

Hermetically sealed units :

No conservator—requires accurate oil expansion and pressure compensation analysis

Short circuit calculation

Costing, Core & Winding diagrams, GTPs, vector group layouts, tap changer connections, Radiator & Tank Calculations

Type Test Experience :

Should have hands-on experience coordinating or witnessing type tests :

Lightning impulse, temperature rise, short circuit withstand, etc.

Familiarity with NABL-accredited labs (e.g., CPRI, ERDA)

Software :

AutoCAD Electrical, Excel-based design tools

CTC : Open for discussion

Candidates preferred who have done designs for distribution transformer,10 MVA -33 KV and Inverter Duty Transformer (IDT)
