About the Role :

Hoora is seeking an AVP – D2C to lead the end-to-end strategy, growth, and operations of our Direct-to-Consumer vertical. This role carries full P&L ownership and is responsible for scaling GMV, AOV, customer retention, and operational efficiency across our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the P&L for the D2C vertical and drive revenue, profitability, GMV, and AOV growth
• Build and execute channel strategies across website, app, and marketplaces
• Oversee performance marketing, CRM, and CAC / ROAS optimisation
• Lead e-commerce operations including catalogue, inventory, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
• Collaborate with Product / Tech to improve platform performance and user experience
• Build systems and SOPs for scale;
