We are expanding our team and are looking for passionate HR professionals who can contribute to our people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Onboarding :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Chandigarh location (front of house, back of house, and support roles).
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for all new hires.
• Employee Engagement & Welfare :
• Drive engagement activities to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
• HR Operations :
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the corporate HR / payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Performance & Training :
• Support in conducting performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate training sessions and skill development initiatives for employees.
• Compliance & Documentation :
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Maintain proper HR documentation, offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities.
