Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Strategically identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Build and manage email outreach campaigns – both personalized 1 : 1 emails and targeted bulk campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Lemlist.
Research and segment prospect lists based on target criteria (industry, job function, region, etc.).
Monitor and optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Sales Enablement
Follow up with warm leads via email or call to qualify them and pass them to the sales pipeline.
Support the sales process by setting appointments, preparing brief prospect notes, and updating CRM regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead gen efforts with ongoing campaigns and content.
Reporting & Strategy
Track KPIs like lead conversion rate, pipeline contribution, and email campaign performance.
Share weekly and monthly reports and insights on lead generation effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
Experiment with new platforms and techniques to generate demand beyond current practices.
Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B lead generation, or business development roles.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and email marketing platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for personalization and engagement.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets under minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
