Job descriptionCore proficiency in 360° marketing - a blend of traditional marketing, new media, experiential engagement, digital transformation, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships Delivered measurable impact through customer-centric vision and data-driven storytelling for target audiences by studying industry trends and Consumer Insights. Exposure of Indian market and consumer landscape with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing, managing, and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.
CLIENT : Leading Rewards ,Loyalty programs and Gifting co. specializing in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers / Coupons looking for an able Marketing Head for growth marketing & digital transformation.
Key responsibilities :
- Drove full-funnel marketing transformation by building an integrated content ecosystem across POEM (Paid,Owned, Earned Media), directly contributing to accelerated enrolments and brand visibility
- Lead and optimize digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance portfolio quality & increase memberships and spends.
- Digitally target merchants and affiliates - GO-MMT, Indigo, etc & PGs- PayU, Easebuzz, etc to drive activation spends through high impact campaigns and full funnel digital marketing engagement.
Incumbent Profile :
Annual Compensation : 70-80 LPA
