• Responsibilitieso Experience in Customer Service Moduleo Strong hands-on experience in developing CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and developing a model-driven app, Power apps & Power automate C#, custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• o Strong hands-onexperience in Azure technologies like REST API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps development is desirableo Strong Experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, security management, creating solutions, Fetch XML XRM Toolbox, and data migration techniqueso Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 CE moduleso Experience AGILE methodology and knowledge of GitHub tool.O Good Communication Skills;
