Job descriptionAct as the primary relationship owner for key clients. Lead client meetings, presentations & strategy pitches. Ensure timely communication, expectation setting, and quality delivery. Convert client pain-points into actionable tasks for internal teams. Oversee execution of digital campaigns, content calendars & performance creatives. Coordinate with video, design, and performance teams. Review & approve creative deliverables ensuring quality & brand consistency. Track performance metrics & optimize campaigns. Provide creative inputs for video storyboarding, shoots, graphics & brand campaigns. Ensure creative output matches the brand’s storytelling style and business goals. Guide the team with concepts, scripts, hooks, and visual storytelling. Manage and mentor the creative, content & client servicing teams. Allocate tasks, set timelines, and ensure workflow efficiency. Maintain high attention to detail in all deliverables. Oversee documentation, planning, and project tracking. Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, digital platforms & industry shifts. Integrate new ideas into strategies to lead client growth. Bring proactive solutions, not reactive fixes.
