Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Sourcing & Strategy
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
2. Recruitment Process Management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews (telephonic or virtual).
Coordinate with hiring managers for further interview rounds.
Maintain clear and regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Promote the company’s brand to attract top talent by highlighting company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged.
Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking sessions to enhance employer branding.
4. Interviewing & Selection
Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates’ suitability based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Assist in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
