Location : Gurugram (In-office)Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)Experience : 1 – 4 yearsCompensation : ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe’re hiring for a US-based rental-tech startup that’s simplifying tenant screening and lease approvals through technology-driven identity, income, and fraud verification.As a Credit & Verification Analyst, you’ll review applications, verify financial documents, and ensure accurate and timely underwriting decisions.Key Responsibilities- Review tenant applications for completeness and accuracy.- Verify income proofs, IDs, and supporting financial documents.- Identify discrepancies or potential fraud using internal tools.- Communicate with property managers or applicants to resolve data gaps.- Maintain clear documentation and notes for every case.Requirements- 3 + years in credit operations, KYC, or loan processing.- Strong written & verbal English skills.- High attention to detail and process discipline.- Comfortable working across tools.- Ready to work evening / US shifts.Good to Have- Background in underwriting, income verification, or fraud detection.- Experience in fintech or banking support processes.
