About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Associate Manager with strong expertise in both Automation and Manual Testing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading QA teams, managing test processes, delivering POCs, and ensuring high-quality product releases.

This is a hands-on managerial position requiring technical depth, leadership skills, and excellent communication.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong exposure to both automation and manual testing.

Proven experience working as a QA Lead / Associate Manager / QA Manager.

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

Strong knowledge in API testing (Postman, REST Assured), functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.

Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.

Expertise in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Experience delivering successful POCs for testing tools or frameworks.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
