Role Overview :
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Allied Health Centre and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential university / academic partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both administrative leadership and academic coordination to ensure high-quality delivery of Allied Health programs in alignment with Apollo's standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Centre Operations Management :
- Oversee end-to-end operations of the Allied Health Centre, including infrastructure, staff, student services, and compliance.
- Ensure smooth execution of academic schedules, lab / clinical sessions, and assessments.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, academic progress, and grievances.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory norms as per Apollo standards.
University & Academic Relations :
Liaise with affiliated universities / partners for curriculum alignment, examination coordination, and regulatory compliance.Facilitate inspections, audits, and documentation for university and accreditation bodies.Act as the point of contact for academic partner institutions and ensure alignment with their academic expectations.Proactively explore and establish new relationships with universities and academic institutions to expand program offerings and affiliations.Faculty & Staff Coordination :
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of faculty and support staff.Coordinate training and faculty development initiatives as guided by the central academic team.Student Lifecycle Support :
Drive student enrollment, orientation, academic tracking, and placement preparation.Coordinate clinical postings, internships, and immersive learning opportunities in Apollo Hospitals.Ensure documentation and certification processes are conducted smoothly.Stakeholder & Community Engagement :
Build partnerships with local healthcare facilities and corporate hospitals for placements and internships.Represent the Centre in local events, career fairs, and university activities.Reporting & Compliance :
