About the Role
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer (PE) to join our IT team—a senior-level technical leader who will shape the future of our technology stack and drive innovation across the organization. As a PE, you’ll set technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and own architecture and design for multiple applications at the organizational level.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Define and influence long-term technical strategy and product development.
- Lead architecture and design across multiple applications.
- Drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders for alignment.
- Ensure security best practices and performance optimization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to product roadmaps.
Tech Stack You’ll Work With
JavaScript, GraphQL, Jest, Kafka, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.Js), NestJS, Redis, SQL, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Test-Driven Development.
