Job Description :

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals for the roles of Project Manager (PM) and Project Management Associate (PMA) to oversee and manage U.S.-based structural engineering projects. Candidates will be responsible for negotiating with clients to sign deals and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, experience with American clientele, and the capability to ensure top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of structural engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. homeowners, industry partners (Architects & Developers), and local structural engineers, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Negotiate with clients to finalize and sign project deals.
• Understand and address client needs and expectations, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Provide regular reports on project status, client interactions, and other key performance indicators to upper management.
