About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who understands both brand and business. Someone who can turn insights into stories, stories into content, and content into footfall.
You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and shape how our brands speak, look, and show up every day. This role needs a sharp marketer, a strong storyteller, and someone who can bring structure to a creative environment.
What you will Lead Team Oversight
You’ll directly manage :
- 2 Marketing Executives
- 2 Social Media Managers
- 1 Graphic Designer
- 1 Photographer
- 1 Videographer
- 1 Event Coordinator
- 1 B2B Sales Executive
- PR Agency + freelancers
You will set weekly plans, review all deliverables, maintain quality, and make sure the work reflects each brand’s voice and intention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Storytelling & Communication
Build brand narratives for each outlet and ensure they stay consistent across all touchpointsWrite and edit copy across campaigns, menus, social media, events, partnerships, website, and on-ground brandingTranslate insights into ideas and ideas into clear, engaging communicationEnsure every brand’s voice is distinct, warm, and true to its audienceCraft story-led campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments2. Content Engine & Creative Direction
Oversee all photo, video, reel, and design outputGuide the internal team on concepts, moodboards, references, and production qualityEnsure content is rooted in culture, not clichésBuild weekly and monthly content calendars for each brandMaintain a clean feedback system so creatives can work smoothly3. Marketing Strategy & Monthly Plans
Plan monthly marketing calendars tied to brand priorities, sales cycles, and seasonsIdentify opportunities for collaboration, community-building, and brand momentsBuild launch plans for new outlets and new brand initiativesWork with the advertising lead on campaign ideas and creative directionOversee B2B brand building for Rare Ideas : social media, content, PR support4. Convert brand thinking into measurable footfall and revenue outcomesTrack performance across Instagram, ads, partnerships, Google, and CRMPlan high-impact campaigns for weekends, festivals, product launches, and signature eventsWork closely with operations on on-ground executionMaintain dashboards and monthly reporting for founders5.
