Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

• Leading and managing SAP AMS team comprising of consulting and client resources at different business units and sites.
• Identifying, defining, and delivering in parallel complex programs and projects / enhancements in a matrix environment.
• Handling SAP daily activities, including but not limited to resolving day-to-day system interface, maintenance, user requests and enquiries from accounting and system perspective.
• Translating business objectives and requirements into system design that can be supported by SAP.
• Leading and supporting SAP Finance pursuits and practice development initiatives.
• Must have Expert knowledge inAccounts receivables, Integration of SD with FI module, Billing process / Intercompany sales process.
• Expert knowledge in Bank accounting area, House bank and bank accounts set up, EBS and Lockbox.
• Strong knowledge in IHC and BCM processes, FSCM modules, Collections and Credit management.
• Exposure to country specific solutions for taxation and SAP solutions with regards to downstreams and upsteams, batch jobs and interfaces.

1 Leading and Managing a team of around 15 Members.

2 Interact with customer get requirements and implementation.

3 Should handle WRICEF objects including Custom transactions, Interfaces

4 Should have good problem solving skills and Analytical skills.
