Job Description
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for global roles
- Build talent pipelines & manage job postings
- Coordinate onboarding and background checks
- Manage onboarding to exit processes
- Prepare contracts, KPI letters, and HR documentation
- Oversee HRMS, attendance, payroll coordination & benefits
- Plan internal events, activities, and engagement initiatives
- Support culture-building across all offices
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
- Ensure timely and fair resolution of issues
- Assist in quarterly KPI process, tracking & reporting
- Ensure compliance of multiple geographies
- Maintain updated HR policies and documentation
Requirements
8–10 years of solid HR generalist experienceStrong background in recruitment, engagement & HR operationsExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle sensitive matters with confidentialityExperience with HRMS & MS Office (Excel proficiency preferred)Knowledge of global labour laws
