About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Leader with strong experience in performance or brand marketing. The role focuses on driving subscriptions for Times Prime through impactful partnerships with brands, D2C apps, digital platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems.
The ideal candidate comes from a marketing or growth function (not traditional business development) and has worked on partnership-led growth initiatives that directly contributed to business results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard high-potential partners that can contribute significantly to Times Prime’s subscription growth.
Develop partnership structures and value propositions aligned with Times Prime’s objectives.
Manage and scale partner-driven subscription channels with clear performance goals.
Track performance, optimise partner contribution, and identify new partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and key performance indicators.
What We’re Looking For
7–12 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing,
Proven experience in partnership-led growth or performance-driven collaborations within a marketing or growth role.
Strong educational background, MBA or postgraduate degree from a reputed institution (preferred).
Solid marketing and analytical acumen with an understanding of subscription funnels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, strategic thinking, and an impact bias.
