Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie based in Mumbai. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation within the assigned kitchen section. The role involves managing a team of kitchen staff, maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring food safety, and contributing to menu development while collaborating with the head chef. Additionally, the role requires overseeing inventory and achieving consistency in food quality during service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cooking techniques, recipe preparation, and food presentation
  • Experience in kitchen operations, stock management, and maintaining food safety standards
  • Strong team management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, creativity in menu development, and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant culinary certifications or formal training;

prior experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent role is an advantage

  • Relevant education is a must
