Job descriptionGuide the team across content, performance marketing, brand, social media, SEO, and partnerships . Review and approve major campaigns, ensuring message clarity, compliance, and effectiveness. Evaluate channel performance and optimize for cost efficiency and ROI. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with product launches and investor communication. Support sales funnels by ensuring strong messaging, lead quality, and targeted campaigns. Mentor content, design, and performance teams with clear direction and structured processes. Implement dashboards, KPIs, and review mechanisms to ensure consistent output and accountability. Ensure compliance with all financial marketing guidelines and internal quality standards. Track industry trends, competitor movements, regulatory updates, and investor behavior patterns to refine strategy. Identify new growth opportunities in the fixed-income category.
Strategic Ownership
- Develop and own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with business targets.
- Identify key market opportunities, define customer segments, and priorities initiatives.
- Create frameworks for positioning our platform as a trusted leader in bonds and fixed-income investing .
