Solution Engineer-Servicenow

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer – ServiceNow with 2–4 years of hands-on development experience. The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing applications leveraging ServiceNow IRM, SecOps, and platform capabilities. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions, while building expertise in cybersecurity and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted Web Services, and SSO-SAML.
• Customize UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, and workflows using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jelly.
• Support requirements gathering, low-level design, and technical specifications.
• Build and maintain database schemas and data models.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Contribute to IRM and SecOps implementations and gain domain expertise.
