We Are Hiring | AVP Service Delivery (IT Infrastructure)
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our IT Infrastructure Service Delivery function. This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable IT infra operations across the organisation.
Position : AVP - Service Delivery (IT Infrastructure)
Location : (Chennai)
Experience : 10 - 15+ years in IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery
Key Skills & Expertise :
- Strong background in IT Infrastructure (Data Center, Networks, Cloud, End-User Computing, Security)
- Proven experience managing large-scale infra operations & service delivery teams
- Expertise in incident, change, and problem management
- Vendor and stakeholder management at a senior level
- Ability to drive automation, process optimisation & continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks & service excellence metrics
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
