Job role
The primary objective of this role is to support the HRO lifecycle activities from Hire to Retire. The key expectation from this role is to manage the Data entry & Pre-Payroll activity in the ERP tools prescribed by the company for MEA Region which includes processes like New Hire setup, Payroll Inputs, Termination and Data Management, Direct deposit, Payrate change in system, while maintaining the right SLAs for the process in terms of TAT & Accuracy.
Accountabilities : -
Good working knowledge under HRO – H2R domainExperience on managing transactions on different HR ERP’s (SAP , Workday similar tool is desirable)Ability to deliver high quality levels and self-audit work.Maintain the required SLAs with respect to TAT and AccuracyHandle Basic queries and able to respond to mails regarding Payroll InputsBasic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the sameAbility to work with a diverse group of employees and individualsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and informationResponds to all requests and communication in a timely manner.Skills : -
1+ - 2 Years of Experience in HRO domainStrong written & verbal communication skills requiredDemonstrates proficient expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exhibits consistent quality control in workSHIFT : - Middle EAST
Shift Window : - General Shift (9 : 00am - 8 : 00pm)
Working days : - WFO- All 5days (expected at least for initial 4 months)
Work Schedule : - Sunday - Thursday
Its a general shift thus NO "Office Transport" will be provided
