Python + AI Engineer (GenAI & Agentic Workflows)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the development of autonomous AI systems. This is not just a prompt engineering role; you will be architecting complex Agentic pipelines and RAG systems that solve real-world enterprise problems.

While our infrastructure runs on Oracle Cloud (OCI) , we value strong engineering fundamentals above all. We are looking for an expert in Python and Cloud architectures (AWS / GCP) who is adaptable and eager to map those skills to the OCI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Architecture (Primary) : Design and build stateful, multi-actor AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph .
• RAG Implementation : Build production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, managing vector stores and semantic search optimization.
• High-Performance Python : Write robust, scalable, and multithreaded Python code to handle high-concurrency workloads.
• API Development : Develop high-latency, asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI to serve models and agents.
• Database Design : Architect efficient data layers using both SQL (PostgreSQL / Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Infrastructure : Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms. You will translate your AWS / GCP expertise to manage OCI Compute, Object Storage, and OCI Queue .
• Ownership : Take end-to-end responsibility for features—from system design and coding to deployment and monitoring.
