Position : GUI Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Architect - Frontend Platfrom with deep expertise in full stack development and proven troubleshooting capabilities to lead the technical architecture of our large-scale, high-performance web-based GUI systems. This is a critical, high-priority role addressing urgent architectural challenges in our low code / no code platform environment.

Roles & Responsibility :

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Define and own technical architecture and design for large-scale web-based GUI systems across multiple products

Provide technical leadership in full stack development, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions

Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for front-end and back-end components

Drive end-to-end design of user-friendly, responsive, high-performance GUIs integrated with robust backend systems

Establish architectural governance to prevent technical debt accumulation

SR Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution

Lead complex production issue diagnosis and resolution across full stack

Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks in low code platform environments

Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

Develop debugging strategies and tools for platform-specific challenges

Manage architectural crisis situations with systematic problem-solving approach

Collaboration & Development Practices

Collaborate with Product Management, UX / UI teams, QA, and DevOps to align architectural decisions with business goals

Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks

Champion agile development practices, CI / CD pipelines, and test automation frameworks for continuous delivery

Mentor development teams on architectural patterns, performance optimization, and design principles

Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging technologies relevant to GUI and full-stack development

Experience

10+ years of software development experience

6+ years focused on GUI and full stack architecture

Proven track record troubleshooting and resolving complex architectural issues in production environments

Hands-on experience with low code / no code platforms and their architectural constraints

Demonstrated success designing and architecting large-scale web-based applications using modern frameworks

Technical Expertise

Frontend Architecture :

Deep expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS

Strong experience with modern frameworks : React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

Micro frontend architecture - module federation, independent deployments, cross-app communication

Design system architecture - component libraries, design tokens, framework-agnostic patterns

Performance optimization - Core Web Vitals, code splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimization

Strong understanding of web design best practices, usability, and UX principles

Backend & Data :

Solid backend integration experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and software architecture principles (SOLID, MVC, MVVM, etc.)

Understanding of API design and RESTful services

Development Practices :

Experience implementing test automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot, Cypress, etc.) and integrating into CI / CD workflows

Hands-on experience with Agile & DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration and delivery practices

Proficiency with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Problem-Solving :

Strong debugging skills across full stack with ability to trace issues from frontend to backend

Experience with performance profiling and optimization

Root cause analysis methodologies and preventive measures implementation

Crisis management experience in production environments

Preferred Qualifications

Core Java proficiency and experience with microservice architecture

RESTful services design and implementation experience

Experience with monorepo strategies (Nx, Turborepo) for multi-product codebases

State management at scale - Redux, MobX, or similar across distributed frontends

Server-Side Rendering (SSR) or Static Site Generation (SSG) experience

GraphQL implementation as REST alternative

Experience with platform extensibility models and customization frameworks

Understanding of security architecture for multi-tenant platforms

Data model design expertise within platform constraints

Knowledge of API design patterns for platform integrations

Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2) compliance architecture

Ability to evaluate new technologies and make architectural recommendations

Experience with architecture debt remediation and technical transformation

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Prior experience in telecommunications or analytics domains

Work Experience : 10+ years of software development experience and 6+ years focused on GUI and full-stack architecture.

Educational Qualification : BE. / B.Tech., M.E. / M. Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science or any related qualification.
