Responsibilities

Proven experience in digital marketing in a digital agency in Account management / Operations on Multiple Platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.

Drives to achieve / exceed SBU Revenue Targets and other Business Unit Parameters

Spearhead & be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.

Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the BU & Functional Domains to deliver client requirements successfully

Prioritize and manage retainer clients’ expectations

Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs

Planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns, including Display, UAC, Video, Social etc for all clients.

Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all team work in progress.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with client to ideate, plan and execute Brand Strategy & Vision with opportunities to up-sell & cross-sell

Mentor team members and develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.
