Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who has strong experience in running performance campaigns
- and
- deep working knowledge of the Zoho marketing suite (Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Backstage, Zoho LandingPage, Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM integration, Zoho Analytics).
You will plan, execute, and optimize paid & organic campaigns while ensuring all leads, campaigns, and customer journeys are seamlessly tracked and nurtured inside the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms.Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end email & SMS marketing campaigns usingZoho CampaignsandZoho Marketing Automation(workflows, lead scoring, drip sequences, segmentation).Schedule and publish organic & paid social media content usingZoho Social(content calendar, listening, reporting).Create high-converting landing pages and forms usingZoho LandingPageandZoho Forms, with proper UTM tracking and CRM mapping.Set up complete lead flow : Ads → Landing Page → Form → Zoho CRM → Automated nurture journeys.Track and attribute every rupee spent usingZoho Analyticsdashboards (ROAS, CAC, LTV, channel-wise performance).Run A / B tests on landing pages, email subject lines, ad creatives, and automation workflows.Perform SEO (keyword research, on-page, technical audits) and content optimization.Integrate third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways) with Zoho usingZoho Flowor custom webhooks.Generate weekly & monthly performance reports from Zoho Analytics and present insights to management.Stay updated with Zoho One new features and implement them for efficiency gains.Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
1–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).Mandatory: At least 1 year of active, daily usage ofZoho Campaigns + Marketing AutomationZoho SocialZoho CRM (lead / module customization, workflows, blueprints)Zoho Analytics / Looker StudioZoho Forms & LandingPageProven experience in managing ad budgets of ₹3–30 lakhs / month with positive ROAS.Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.Strong understanding of lead scoring, automation journeys, and attribution modeling inside Zoho.Excellent analytical skills (Excel + Zoho Analytics dashboards).Good copywriting and basic design skills (Canva / Zoho Sites).Preferred (Big Advantage)
Zoho Certified (Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation)Experience with Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Survey, Zoho BackstageKnowledge of Zoho Flow / Deluge scriptingPrevious work in industrial / B2B / manufacturing sector (bearings, machinery, MRO products, etc.)Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API integration via ZohoBenefits
