You'll be the heart of our company, building a culture where everyone feels supported, inspired, and empowered to do their best work.
You'll be our first full-time People & Culture hire, which means you'll have the unique opportunity to build our HR function from the ground up. You'll be a generalist, handling everything from hiring and onboarding to creating a great work environment and ensuring our team is happy and productive.
What You'll Do :
Be a Culture Champion : Help us build and maintain an incredible company culture. Organize team events, celebrate wins, and find ways to make our office (and remote work) a great place to be.
- Recruit & Onboard : Manage the full hiring process. You'll work with our team leads to find and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for every new hire.
- Support Our Team : Be the go-to person for all employee questions. Help manage payroll, benefits, and administrative tasks. You'll be the trusted confidant for our team.
- Shape Our Processes : Design and implement HR policies and procedures as we grow, from performance reviews to employee relations. You'll make sure our systems are fair, efficient, and scalable.
- Create a Great Experience : Gather feedback from our team to understand what's working and what we can do better. Find new ways to boost morale and keep our team engaged and motivated.
