Job Title : Data Warehouse Analyst – Corporate Banking

Location : Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) / Chennai (Perungudi)

Work Mode : Work from Office

Shift : General Shift (Day)

Experience : 4 to 22 years

CTC : Up to ₹10++ to 30++LPA (best in industry, no bar for the right candidate)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Data Warehouse Analyst (Team Lead) with strong experience in Corporate Banking Operations domain to lead a critical Data Warehouse renewal / transformation project. The candidate will own end-to-end as-is / to-be data mapping, lead a team of analysts, and drive cross-functional coordination with business, IT, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Team Lead / Project Lead for the Data Warehouse renewal / migration project

Lead and deliver as-is and to-be data mapping activities

Manage overall planning, execution, timelines, and quality of deliverables

Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors

Supervise, mentor, and coach team members

Define requirements, perform gap analysis, and support data migration activities

Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to banking governance standards

Must-Have Experience & Skills

Total Experience : 10+ years

Relevant DWH Experience in Corporate Banking / Banking Operations domain : 5+ years

Hands-on 3+ years in : – As-is / To-be data mapping – Data Warehouse / Data Mart projects in banking – DWH system renewal or large-scale data migration / transformation

Proven track record in project planning, execution, and team leadership

Strong stakeholder management with business, IT, and vendors

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership

Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and collaboration skills

Preferred Profile

Candidates currently based in : – Mumbai (Central or Harbour line preferred) – Chennai (within 20 km radius of Perungudi preferred)

Immediate joiners or max up to 60 days notice

Candidates who have led banking DWH renewal / transformation projects
