The Role :

We're growing our early growth team — and we're seeking

community-aware, self-driven individuals

who can reach out to Telegram, Discord, and other community admins, and onboard them to Earnpaste.

This is a

remote, commission-based position. Responsib

ilities :

Find and reach out to the appropriate community admins (Telegram, Discord, etc.)

Describe how

Earnpaste

operates and its advantages and how it is better than the competitors

Help onboard interested admins to the platform

Ensure they use it

actively

for at least

7 days Report le

ads and usage via a shared tracker What

You’ ll Earn :

₹500 per successful onboarding (when the admin uses Earnpaste actively for 7+ days)

Performance bonuses

for high-volume onboarding

based on performance

Please note : This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed monthly salary.

Compensation is fully based on successful onboardings and performance.

Experience Required :

We prioritize ability and performance over credentials. However, applicants with

prior experience in community outreach, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or digital promotion

will be preferred.
