What You’ll Do

✨ Lead end-to-end HR operations & People initiatives

✨ Build a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture

✨ Drive hiring, onboarding & employee engagement

✨ Manage payroll coordination, attendance & compliance

✨ Support performance management & L&D initiatives

✨ Act as a trusted partner for employee relations

✨ Collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen organizational growth

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of HR / People & Culture experience
• Strong communication, empathy & problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in hiring, onboarding & HR operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Passion for people-first culture building
