Location : #Onsite Trichy, India

Experience : 4 to 7 years

Your Role :

You'll be the bridge between our AI engineers, dermatologists, eCommerce team, and UX designerstranslating vision into features that truly serve our users. Youll define intelligent user journeys, real-time consultation workflows, and personalized product flows.

What Youll Work On :

Design smart workflows for AI image analysis, personalized skincare routines, and virtual consultations

Collaborate on AI model integration, data labeling, and insight mapping

Build end-to-end eCommerce shopping journeys and cart intelligence

Shape how AI predictions turn into product recommendations

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences

Youll Thrive If You Have :

47 years of experience as a Business Analyst in AI, Product, or eCommerce domains

Hands-on understanding of AI / ML workflows

Experience with shopping flows, metadata tagging, and cart logic

Strong skills with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro

Clear documentation abilities BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes

A passion for skincare, wellness, or health-tech domains is a big bonus!
