StaffAnchor is hiring Sales Counselors for a leading Ed-tech company based in Noida. Apply here for quick response :

Location : Sector 62, Noida

Shift : 10 AM – 7 PM

Working Days : Monday–Saturday (work from office)

Salary : ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience)

Openings : 10

Interview Mode : Virtual (3 rounds)

What You Will Do

Speak with learners to understand their goals
Recommend suitable upskilling programs
Engage in meaningful conversations that build trust
Handle queries and objections effectively
Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates

What We Are Looking For

Fluent English communication (mandatory)

1–4 years of experience, including 6–12 months in EdTech sales

Graduate degree (mandatory)

Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative

Comfortable working 6 days a week
