Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to take ownership of the strategy, design, and delivery of integrations across our ERP, eCommerce, CRM, finance, and analytics platforms. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills and leadership ability, ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable integrations that support the business at scale.

Integration lead undertake a wide variety of tasks, including (but not limited to)

• Assessments of emerging technologies and their potential impact on Joola applications, systems and services
• Create and maintain assets such as cross-functional dependency and integration maps, technical guidelines, and best practices.
• Technical analysis, feasibility study, architecture and design reviews / workshops, code and environment troubleshooting, proofs of concept, technical due diligence.

Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a keen appetite for continuous learning, a solid understanding of software design, and a genuine interest in using technology to solve business problems.
