We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Modern Workspace Provisioning Administrator to join our Digital Technology Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of end-user devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and modern imaging technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in endpoint management, a passion for automation, and a strong focus on end-user experience. You will work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to optimize provisioning workflows, enhance system performance, and maintain security and compliance across the organization. Responsibilities
Provisioning & Lifecycle Management
Design, implement, and maintain modern device provisioning workflows using Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, ESP, Enrollment Profiles).
Manage and optimize SCCM infrastructure for OS deployment, application packaging, and patch management.
Develop and maintain custom device imaging solutions across hardware platforms.
Automate provisioning tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
Documentation & User Support
Create adoption materials, including manuals, presentations, and technical documentation.
Maintain accurate documentation of provisioning processes, configurations, and SOPs.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
System Performance & Security
Monitor and troubleshoot provisioning failures, deployment issues, and endpoint compliance.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies, GDPR, and PII standards.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce device configuration baselines and policies.
Participate in crisis management, incident response, and vulnerability assessments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational needs.
Contribute to capacity planning, upgrades, and system optimization.
Stay informed on new security technologies, systems, and services, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (required). Technical or Master’s degree preferred.
5–9 years of experience in device provisioning, endpoint management, or related IT roles.
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, OS deployment, and application packaging.
Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (e.G., PowerShell).
Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Infrastructure & Security certification or relevant experience / knowledge (required).
Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, GCIH, or OSCP (advantage).
ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation (advantage).
Analytical thinking and system performance optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and project management abilities.
Customer-service orientation with commitment to high-quality support.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of security best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PII).
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
