We’re hiring an experienced MES Lead to implement and support Aveva PI Historian-based MES solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Aveva PI Historian, MS SQL, and industrial connectivity (OPC DA, SCADA / HMI), along with strong leadership and domain knowledge in manufacturing execution systems (MES / MOM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MES deployments and operational support using Aveva PI Historian, AF, Vision, and ParcView
- Configure MES modules : Production, Maintenance, Quality, Inventory
- Manage a team of MES developers and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple sites
- Integrate MES with ERP and Quality systems using middleware tools like Informatica or SAP PI / PO
- Troubleshoot MES performance issues, debug system errors, and implement minor enhancements
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports and SQL queries for operational and business reporting
- Enable shop-floor connectivity using IGS OPC DA, Kepware OPC Suite, and SCADA / HMI systems
- Collaborate with technical architects to translate solution architecture into actionable work plans
