Now we are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can own performance, drive demand, and accelerate growth from our Bangalore office. • Lead and execute high velocity multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and Email
• Manage and scale paid ads with a clear focus on delivering qualified leads at the best CPL
• Own creatives, messaging, and landing page direction with design and content teams
• Run fast experiments across offers, angles, funnels, and audiences
• Deep dive into data, optimize aggressively, and scale what works
• Work directly with the founders and sales team to align marketing with GTM and revenue
• Execute and localize campaigns for international markets, starting with the Middle East
• Own marketing reporting, spend efficiency, funnel performance, and growth metricsWhat we offer

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, SaaS or B2B preferred
• Direct experience running and scaling Meta and Google Ads with proven results
• Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRM workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues without relying on agencies
• Outcome-driven, fast-thinking, and comfortable with rapid experimentation
• Experience in marketing to SMBs or international markets is a strong plus
