Key Responsibilities :

• Sales and Team Management : Handle a team of sales managers, recruit new talent, and build the agency
• Relationship Management : Manage relationships with internal and external customers, support day-to-day sales operations, and ensure smooth channel functioning
• Sales Process Management : Oversee sourcing, processing, and issuance of insurance policies, and handle post-issuance customer issues
• Financial Management : Manage financials, meet financial targets, and ensure timely commission reconciliation
• Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and skills development for sales teams and channel partners

Requirements :

Salary Range : ₹7,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum ².
