Copywriter Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the copywriting team ensuring high-quality and strategically aligned content across campaigns and platforms.

Oversee the ideation and development of compelling copy for high-impact marketing campaigns across digital print and social channels.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership creative directors campaign managers and design teams to shape and execute content strategies.

Guide the creation of persuasive headlines body copy scripts and long-form content that resonate with diverse target audiences.

Conduct and review research on brands competitors and industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful messaging.

Manage the proofreading and review process maintaining brand voice consistency and quality standards.

Provide mentorship direction and constructive feedback to junior and senior copywriters fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Lead content strategy discussions client presentations and internal brainstorming sessions clearly articulating creative concepts and strategic thinking.

Monitor performance of content initiatives and optimize messaging based on insights and feedback.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications Marketing or related field is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role .

Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
