We at Coforge are hiring Geneva Business Analysts with the following skillset :

• The candidate should have strong knowledge of Portfolio accounting.
• Work with the solutions team to identify & document business goals and strategies.
• Ability to work with both the application SMEs & business stakeholders to elicit requirements using various methods and to fully understand business processes and rules that need to be applied to data.
• Document requirements using JIRA & Confluence.
• Grooming of the tickets / business problems in a timely fashion.
• Implement strategic & technical solutions for problems reported by the business and operations team by identifying the root cause.
• Create & deliver data mapping documentation for reporting requirements.
• Help with production issues, root cause analysis & resolution.
• Create, maintain & prioritize product backlog.
• Help identify gaps & define enriched processes for better SDLC and IT solutions.
• Actively communicate all roadblocks and / or receive sign - off from sprint deliverables from respective stakeholders.
