About the Role

EbizON is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating business requirements into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements while supporting project delivery from planning to Responsibilities

• Gather, understand, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
• Assist in project planning, execution tracking, and timeline management.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ongoing projects.
• Support project reporting, performance metrics, and data analysis.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and sign-off processes.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure smooth Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT / Technology environment.
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication Qualifications
• Experience in the eCommerce domain is highly desirable.
• MBA with IT / Systems specialization is a plus.
